Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policy

1. 30+ days before trek/trip start — Full refund via Oddessemania Voucher, or a monetary refund with a 25% cancellation charge.
2. Between 30 and 7 days before start — Monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge applied.
3. Less than 7 days before start — No monetary refund; full payment required.
4. On the start day, or a no-show — No refund or voucher issued.
5. On the start day due to a medical emergency — 25% refund provided.
6. Voucher-based registrations — The same cancellation policy applies.
7. Single-member cancellation on a group trip — Per-person cost increases for the remaining participants.

Important: Hotel and cab booking costs are deducted from refunds where applicable. Vouchers are valid for 6 months after issuance. Refunds are processed within 7 days.
