  • Modify, convert, cancel, or discontinue credits, promo codes, or vouchers

VI. Your account

  • You may register using social-media credentials; you confirm ownership and authorization.

  • You assume all risks related to Your Content. We may remove Content but do not guarantee its accuracy or reliability.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or quality of linked materials and are not responsible for external site availability.

Disclaimer, liability & indemnification

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddessemania and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data loss. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oddessemania from third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your violation of others' rights, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

  • You may delete your account anytime via the "Contact Us" link.
  • We may terminate your access at our sole discretion, including for Term violations or lack of use, without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for the discontinuation or termination of the Services.
